Shipping & Tracking

We offer personal delivery for customers within a 50-mile radius of our location. This includes areas such as Monsey, Passaic, Brooklyn, and Flatbush. If you live within this range, a delivery person will bring your package directly to your door.

For all other locations within the United States, we will carefully package and ship your order once it is fully cured and ready. As soon as your piece is completed, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

If you are sending flowers for preservation, you are responsible for the shipping costs. To minimize costs, we recommend:

✔ Using the smallest possible box to avoid oversized shipping fees.

✔ Keeping the package lightweight for the best pricing.

 As our home base is located in Monsey, we offer a local drop-off or pick-up option. If you prefer to drop off your flowers or have our team pick them up at your Local Simcha, please reach out to coordinate availability. We are happy to work with you to make the process as smooth as possible.
