How should I take care of my flowers before I ship them to you?
During the day of your event, make sure to handle your flowers/bouquet with care to reduce the bruising or tearing of petals. Avoid touching the flower petals and tossing the bouquet if possible. DO NOT place your bouquet in a fridge or freezer during or after your event. This will cause the flowers to wilt and mold at a faster rate, making them unable to preserve.
When should I ship my flowers?
Ship your flowers after the wedding. We recommend Monday- Thursday. Shipping rates can range between $45 - $75 + via USPS depending on box weight, size and distance. Check out this page to see additional packaging tips to help you cut down on overnight shipping costs.
How many flowers should I send?
A standard bridal bouquet provides enough flowers to cover most orders, however, if you are purchasing a larger order, you can add more.
Do the flowers have to be fresh? what If i have dried flowers already?
Send them over! I can preserve already dried and aged flowers. I love an aged flower on a black back round for an antique style. Cant wait!
How should I care for my resin piece after I receive it?
All flowers are preserved in a high-quality, durable resin. Even so, please make sure to not leave them in DIRECT SUNLIGHT as this will cause them to lose vibrancy. Our trays are made in acrylic casing which is more delicate then our blocks or bookends, and a fall can shatter the outer layer. These items are luxury pieces and should be treated with care.
To keep your product looking fresh you can occasionally wipe it down with a lintless cloth.
What happens if my resin piece gets scratched?
Depending on how deep it is, it may require a new top coat. or if its on the lighter side, a quick sand and buff may do the trick. Either way please reach out.
Do you ship Worldwide?
No, I am currently only shipping inside the US.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Your order should take between 7 - 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep after completion. and 7-15 days for our already made collection.
Can I track my order? Where is my tracking code?
If you are concerned about the location of your package we can keep you updated via email. Contact us throughout the contact us page. Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after it is complete and delivered within 7 - 15 business days.
What are my delivery options?
We currently only offer one standard tracked shipping option, which is free.
How secure is your site?
We process payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
Can I amend my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info. but please feel free to reach out If you must make a change.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. If you have not received one yet contact us and we will arrange your tracking.
Can I return or exchange an item?
No, because these are custom items, Exchanges may be made before your flowers go into production, Please reach out via the contact me page to start this process.
