✿ Please have in mind to select a date for flower drop off, pickup or ship out date that best suits your needs/event date.
(The fresher the flowers, the more beautiful results.)

Please note that our process is meticulous and time-intensive to ensure the highest quality. Flowers must be fully dried before preservation, and each resin pour requires careful timing and curing. Please allow 2-3 months for completion depending on the demands.
2. DROP OFF OR SHIP
✿ When its finally time to ship out your flowers, follow my Shipping instructions to ensure your flowers arrive to us in their best condition!
✿ We do accept local drop-offs located in Monsey, NY. Email us to see if your date is available for a drop off!
✿ If you are having a local Simcha, we may be able to arrange a pickup at your event if the availability allows for it. Please Email to find out.

3. LET US HANDLE THE REST
✿ When we receive your flowers, we will begin our drying process to preserve and keep them in their natural state.
✿ Once your flowers have been appropriately dried, they may or may not have to go through a color correction process depending on how they turn out. the color correction process will add on about a week or two.
✿ We will design your products to compliment the style of your bouquet and begin our casting process. We like to keep in touch to ensure the design is to your liking before we make it a permeant one. (Be on the lookout for our emails)
✿ When the casting process is completed and your products have fully cured, they will be polished, wrapped up, and sent back to you!
✿ Our current product return time is 2-3 months from the date we receive your flowers.

When You will Hear From Us
We will email you when:
1. We receive your flowers
To inform you that we have received your flowers, we will display everything found in the box (bouquets, invitation etc.) and to show you the condition the flowers arrived in.
2. When we have designed your larger products (Blocks, Trays, Bookends) for design approval. you can typically expect an email within 1-2 months after we have received your flowers.
3. When your products are about to be shipped or dropped off.
To confirm the address, we have on file prior to shipping the order. We will not ship your order until the address is confirmed.
