Shipping Your Flowers

How to Ship Your Bouquet for Preservation

Sending your flowers to us is simple! Follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition for preservation.

Step 1: Trim the Stems

Cut the stems of your bouquet to about 5 to 7 inches from the base of the flowers. This helps make packaging easier while keeping the flowers hydrated during transit.

Step 2: Keep the Stems Hydrated

• Dampen a towel or paper towels with water (not dripping wet).

• Wrap the damp towel around the bottom of the stems.

• Cover the wrapped stems with a plastic bag and secure it with a rubber band or twist tie. This prevents water from leaking into the box.

Step 3: Wrap & Protect the Bouquet

• Wrap the entire bouquet in packaging paper to protect the petals.

• Place the wrapped bouquet inside a sturdy box that fits the flowers snugly.

• Add packaging paper around and on top of the bouquet to prevent shifting during transit.

Step 4: Choose the Right Shipping Option

To preserve the flowers’ freshness, select Overnight or Two-Day Shipping. A faster shipping option ensures the best results for preservation.

💡 Important: If you choose a slower shipping method, flowers may wilt or discolor before arrival. While I do my best to revive and preserve them beautifully, I cannot guarantee the same quality as fresh flowers.

Step 5: Confirmation Upon Arrival

Once your bouquet arrives, we will send you a confirmation email with a picture of your flowers as they arrived. If any flowers need reviving, color correction, or special care, we will handle it during the preservation process.

Alternative Pickup Option
